The meal plan Dashboard lets you quickly see what your average daily grams of Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat are. You get a snapshot of that week’s macronutrients, and calories. You also get a summary to see exactly what you will be eating for that week. Put this on the refrigerator and have quick access to your stats that week.
The Grocery List is organized by Category, to speed up your shopping experience. You can easily buy for just yourself, meals for 2, or for your whole family with a built in conversion table. You can also see approximately how much it will cost you to eat that week.
Although only Monday is show in this example, real meal plans have the same sheet for each day of the week. Each ingredient is color coded to the correct step direction to speed up the meal making process. Nutrient facts for each meal are provided so that you can see exactly what you are eating in each meal, including a daily total to see how you finished up for the day.
